Can I redeem my units?
The following appeared in the Product Disclosure Statement of 19 October 2005 for the Fund:
" ...(the Fund) will be illiquid....Unitholders may not be able to redeem their Units until the Fund is wound-up. However, they will be able to transfer their Units and may participate in any withdrawal offers..."

When are distributions paid?
Knights Coastal Land Fund will normally pay quarterly distributions to Investors for the following periods each year:

| 31 March | On or around 30 April |
| 30 June | On or around 31 August |
How can I have my distribution paid?
Investors in Knights Coastal Land Fund can elect to have their distributions paid by cheque or by direct credit to an Australian bank, building society or credit union account.
To arrange to have your distribution payment paid directly to your bank account, contact Fund BPO on 1300 133 451.
How do I notify my Tax File Number (TFN) or Exemption?
All notifications of TFNs must be in writing.
Collection of TFN information is authorised by the Tax Legislation and its use and disclosure is strictly regulated by the Tax Legislation and Privacy Act.
It is not an offence to choose not to provide your TFN, Australian Business Number or exemption however, if you do not, tax will be deducted from your distribution at the highest marginal tax rate. For further details on quoting your TFN, please contact Fund BPO .
